Welcome to our spacious Denver retreat, featuring five king beds and crafted for families in search of a true getaway. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, this home provides a safe and comfortable haven to relax after exploring Denver. Though it embraces its vintage character, the house has been meticulously cleaned to offer a unique charm that newer places can’t match. Experience a home that emphasizes ample space, functionality, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Denver.

The Space

Our space offers five bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a restful night's sleep for all guests. The minimalist design adds to its charm, creating a cozy and inviting environment perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

With two separate living rooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to unwind and find their own peaceful retreat.

Designed with your comfort in mind, this home provides a serene and straightforward setting for a rejuvenating stay.
For culinary needs, we have a second kitchen located in the basement, but we kindly ask guests to primarily use the fully equipped kitchen upstairs.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest access:

Guests will enter the residence through the front entrance. Parking options include the driveway or available spots along the quiet street directly in front of the house. Upon completion of preparation by our dedicated cleaning team, detailed check-in instructions will be promptly furnished to facilitate a seamless arrival. From that point onward, guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including its spacious bedrooms and welcoming living areas, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay experience.

Other things to note:

During your stay at our residence, take advantage of the backyard, a serene outdoor area where we carefully maintain the lawn during the summer season. Feel free to relax amidst the natural environment and discover moments of tranquility. Please be aware that at present, patio furniture is not provided in the backyard. Additionally, note that the fireplace is solely decorative.
